Why Are You Fat?
I mean, really, WHY are YOU fat?
Shocked by this question? Then maybe it is time for you to have a closer look at the reasons behind your overweight.
A diet plan or any healthy way of eating is doomed to fail unless you come to terms with the reasons you are fat. Then it will take work to avoid all the identified reasons.
There are a lot of fat people who don’t want to think let alone accept that they are fat. They will usually get quite irritated if you mention their weight problems but there will come a time when they will have to come face to face with their weight problem.
When someone points out to you that you’re fat, do you just shine them on or do you start doing something about it? There are many excuses that are shared as to why people are fat. Anything from eating at the wrong time of the day, having children, or just being depressed. Not being motivated to exercise is a good one. Another is not eating enough food. Your body indeed things it is in a starvation mode and will do anything to cling onto what it has.
Sometimes the excuses are not drinking enough fluids or drinking too many sodas, which in themselves encourage no weight loss. Sodas contain quite a bit of sugar as well as caffeine, a diuretic. Even decaffeinated coffee will affect our cholesterol level as well as your inability to lose weight.
Being overworked is probably the most heard excuse as to why you remain fat. Or at least cannot lose weight. Maybe you have become anemic by depriving yourself of enough calories or not eating enough protein. Your doctor wants you to now eat more. Eat more!!!
Your body is a living, breathing organism which requires the right amount of the right foods taken at the right time in order to maintain your health. To deviate would be to throw your body into a panic and in order to survive will cling tenaciously to any calorie that you feed it. By the same token, it will not let lose of any fat, thinking that it is going to starve at any moment. There…now you know why you are fat.
You will need to let your body know that you are not going to starve it. You will need to set up a fairly reasonable eating habit and be consistent about that. You will need to exercise more and be also consistent about that. Food groups will need to be taken into consideration and an all around healthy planning of meals is to be done.
When emotions come into play, than so does emotional eating. There are lots of chocolate, lots of binging on the wrong foods and when food becomes your comforter, than you will know that you are fat, but for all the wrong reasons.
